Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CreatorX collects, how we use it, and how Google sign-in data is handled.

Overview

CreatorX is a creator intelligence workspace for planning, analyzing, and producing YouTube content. We collect only the information needed to run accounts, connect creator-selected channels, generate workspace outputs, protect the service, and improve product reliability.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, avatar, plan, and login method.
  • Creator workspace data such as connected YouTube channel IDs or handles, niche notes, competitors, scripts, hooks, research requests, generated outputs, and saved settings.
  • Usage and diagnostic data such as request metadata, job status, error logs, rate-limit events, and product usage counters.
  • Payment or billing status if a paid plan is enabled through a payment provider.

Google Sign-In Data

When you choose Continue with Google, CreatorX requests only basic identity scopes: openid, email, and profile. We use this data to authenticate your account and display your account profile. CreatorX does not request YouTube OAuth scopes through Google sign-in, and we do not store Google OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens for channel analytics.

YouTube channel analysis is based on the channel you choose during onboarding. CreatorX may use public YouTube data and configured YouTube API access to analyze that selected channel, but Google sign-in is used only for authentication.

How We Use Information

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To populate dashboards, analyze creator-selected channels, and generate scripts, hooks, trends, recommendations, and launch assets.
  • To monitor usage limits, troubleshoot failed jobs, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.
  • To communicate account, support, product, and policy updates.

AI Processing

CreatorX may send prompts, channel metadata, transcripts, titles, comments, scripts, or related workspace inputs to AI model providers in order to generate the outputs you request. We avoid sending unnecessary account identity details to model providers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate CreatorX, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, payment, and AI infrastructure providers, or when required by law.

Data Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by contacting support.

Your Choices

  • You can choose which YouTube channel to analyze during onboarding.
  • You can stop using Google sign-in and use another login method if available.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect CreatorX data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access, reduce unnecessary data collection, and monitor reliability risks.
